Organise your documents

  • Identification.
  • Employment and income certificates requested by the provider.
  • Income statements or payslips when applicable.

Indicative list. The provider defines documents, validity and any guarantor requirements. Do not submit IDs, statements or biometrics through the general form.

From interest to contract

  1. Choose the property and request individual terms.
  2. Agree on the screening provider and specific data-processing permissions.
  3. Submit the required documents through the approved secure channel.
  4. Review the screening result, guarantee terms and draft agreement.
  5. Sign, formalise the handover and keep the evidence.

Guarantee, insurance and co-debtor

These are different arrangements. Review the parties, coverage, exclusions, term, cost and claims process. Screening is not presented as automatic approval or a universal guarantee.
