The right draft for the transaction
Rental application, listing authorisation, offer, preliminary agreement or other documents appropriate to the case. Preparation starts from an approved template, uses verified fields and keeps versions.
A request does not produce a signed agreement or replace legal review.
Signing with evidence
Electronic signing requires a method suited to the document and risk. Keep the signed version, audit trail, checks and evidence of acceptance. An image of a signature alone does not establish this process.

The planned case file tracks requested, submitted, reviewed and approved documents for a specific purpose. Access, validity and audit trails apply to each file. Sensitive-document submission and identity verification are not yet enabled; provider setup, file scanning and permissions must be completed first.
