A new way to welcome guests.

Let’s explore whether your property is suited to hospitality and what it would need to operate well.

Assess before listing.

  • Confirm the owner’s authority and who will operate the accommodation.
  • Review the authorised use, tourism registration and applicable building rules.
  • Check condition, furnishing, safety, connectivity and guest capacity.
  • Define the operation agreement, insurance, expenses and individual commercial terms.

An operation with clear responsibilities

  • Listing content and distribution through authorised channels.
  • Confirmed availability, reservation terms and cancellations.
  • Guest communication, arrival and departure processes.
  • Cleaning, linen, maintenance and incident management.
  • Private owner reporting with reconciled income and expenses.

First, assess your specific case.

The request starts a commercial assessment. The operator, scope and fees must be agreed before offering accommodation. This review has no live lodging calendars, reservations, nightly rates or booking-platform connections.

Income depends on demand, seasonality, occupancy, costs and execution. A projection must state its assumptions and is not guaranteed rent.

Questions to get started

Can I use the property myself?

This must be defined in the operation agreement and the calendar blocked before accepting reservations. There is no universal number of days.

Who handles damage or maintenance?

The agreement must identify responsibilities, handover inventory, actual insurance coverage, expense approvals and claims handling.

Can I book accommodation through A1 now?

Not yet. This section receives owner enquiries. Bookings will open when authorised inventory, an operator and verified availability and payment systems are in place.
