The official New Housing Subsidy page lists conditions concerning Sisbén classification, home ownership, prior benefits and approved financing. An indicative checklist does not establish eligibility, an award or funding availability.
Eligibility for subsidies has not been confirmed for Salinas or other portfolio assets. This must be checked for the property, household and programme.
